This is an introductory class to boxing. Boxing is an extreme sport and training is such as well, please leave excuses at home and bring boxing wraps and gloves instead. Format of class consists of twelve 3 min. rounds of boxing with 1 minute rest or instructor chosen added exercise between rounds.
